REFUND POLICY

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS — ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All products sold through ZAMPDF are digital PDF files. No physical product will be shipped.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the purchased digital product has been successfully delivered or made available for download.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or situations where a customer decides they no longer want the product after purchase.

2. ACCESS AND DOWNLOAD ISSUES

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us at zampdf7@gmail.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to help you access and download your purchased file.

3. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If the file is defective, inaccessible, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us at zampdf7@gmail.com.

We will review the issue and take appropriate steps to resolve it, which may include providing a replacement file or issuing a refund, in accordance with applicable law.

4. REFUND PROCESSING

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method where possible.

Approved refunds will be processed without undue delay and within any timeframe required by applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

5. YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

This policy does not limit, exclude, or replace any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under the laws applicable to your purchase.

Where applicable law provides a right to cancel, withdraw, obtain a repair or replacement, receive a price reduction, or obtain a refund, those rights remain unaffected by this policy.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any liability or obligation that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

6. PAYMENT PROCESSING AND PLATFORM REFUNDS

Payments for our digital products are facilitated through Whop. Although our products are digital and our sales are generally final once the product is successfully delivered or made available for download, Whop may process refunds, reversals, or payment adjustments where required by applicable law, payment provider rules, or its platform policies.

Nothing in this policy overrides Whop's applicable terms or any mandatory consumer rights.
